After one year in London at the studio of the English National Opera, Kathrin Walder returned to Austria. In Vienna she received her master for musical theater and one year later for acting. Kathrin Walder studied classical singing with Maria de Francesca-Cavazza and Saverio Suarez-Ribaudo in Munich.
Engagements include WYRD in "Cadence Macbeth" and WASHINGTON OTIS in "Das Gespenst von Canterville (Tiroler Landestheater), KATE LINKERTON in "Madame Butterfly" and BARBARA DELAQUA in "Eine Nacht in Venedig" (Theater an der Rott), ANTONIA in "Der Mann von La Mancha" (Vorarlberger Landestheater), MARCELINE in "The marriage of Figaro" (Theater Praesent), FR.MYLKINA in "Moskau, Moskau" (Vienna Chamber Opera), and roles and appearances at the "Wiener Volkstheater", "Theater an der Wien" and "Raimundtheater".
